ADMINISTRATOR WAREHOUSE

Persyaratan :

• Usia max. 27 tahun

• Pendidikan min. D3 di Jurusan Administrasi

• Min. 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini.

• Familiar menggunakan computer

• Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki: Microsoft Office, Komunikasi, Sigap, Teliti dan Analisa

• Bersedia di tempatkan di Deltamas, Cikarang

Tugas dan tanggung jawab :

• Melaksanakan proses administrasi receiving sesuai koordinasi dengan operasional dan bagian terkait

• Menjaga akurasi proses

• Menjaga akurasi stock

• Melaksanakan proses pembuatan surat jalan sesuai koordinasi dengan operasional bagian transportasi

• Melaksanakan proses administrasi Gudang

• Melakukan filling dokumen

• Melaksanakan proses tagihan expedisi dan proses administrasi lainnya

FORMULATION DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Requirements :

• Min Bachelor Pharmacy or Apothecary

• Min 4 years experience as formulator / research and development / production process in pharma industry

• Good knowledge about ingredients and general regulatory requirements.

• Experience and exposure working with global companies and or diverse industries is an added advantage

• Good communication skill, English proficiency is an added advantage

• Passionate about new ideas and learning new concept and carry out those ideas and concepts into practical solutions.

• Qualified individual with challenge driven attitude, good analytical thinking, problem solving skill, systematic thinking

• Placement at Pulogadung, East Jakarta.

Responsibilities :

• Develop strategy and manage cross functional teams to deliver project within timely manner

• Create and modify prototypes and formulations to meet customer's demand

• Provide knowledge and technical support to sales team and customer

• Communicate and assist any requirement needed by customers and principal for project development and commercialization

DIGITAL MARKETING

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field from reputable university.

• At least 1 year experience in the same field

• Maximum 27 years old.

• Full understanding of all major social media platforms (IG, FB, Youtube, Twitter, Google Ads and others)

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English

• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skill

• Familiar with SEO ranking

• Placement at Pulogadung, East Jakarta

Responsibilities :

• Execute digital product branding and marketing.

• Develop product promotion plan

• Develop consepts for various social media platforms

• Maintain and improve the distribution of content on social media

• Optimize SEO ranking
